Staff

Our staff team provides day-to-day operational and management leadership to support our members, volunteers, and programs.  Each staff member is certified in CPR/First Aid, has participated in Epilepsy training, and must clear Mass CORI and National Background checks to be employed with us. Ongoing training includes social skills development, conflict resolution, and other programs that provide quality leadership with youth.

Annalisa Campanile,
Executive Director

Annalisa has over 20+ years experience working as an engineer, management consultant and most recently in the non-for-profit arena helping women achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, development tools and professional attire to thrive in work and life.

Nicole Richardson,
Director of Operations

Nikki is one of our own graduates, starting with our club in third grade, becoming a counselor at age 15, and working part-time through college.  In 2009 she was named Youth of the Year for her community service and club enrichment. Most recently Nikki served as the club's Girls Empowerment Director guiding girls toward healthy attitudes, habits, and lifestyles.

James Poh Jr.
Program Director

Jamie is a former member of the Assabet Valley Club and later became a counselor in 2010. He worked with our club part time for five years and was named our Youth of the Year in 2013. While attending college, Jamie worked for multiple Boys and Girls Clubs throughout North Carolina as a Teen Director before returning to Massachusetts where he continued his club work full time as a Social Recreation Coordinator and Program Director.

Anthony Rangel

Program Manager

Anthony is a former member of  the Boys & Girls Club of Metro West in Marlborough and he also started his Club career there. He became an after school staff member at the age of 16 and worked there for 4 years. Anythony joined the Assabet Valley team as a staff member in 2022 and then served as our Half Day Summer Camp Director.  Anthony was promoted to our Program Manager in September of 2023 and is a wonderful asset to our Club

The Board of Directors of The Boys & Girls Club of Assabet Valley advises, governs, oversees policy and direction, and assists with the leadership and general promotion of The Boys & Girls Club of Assabet Valley to support the organization’s mission & needs.  The Board is organized to include at least one director from each of the towns we serve.
