Session 3
1/8, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12

$50/5 weeks

1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/23, 1/30, 2/7

$60/6 weeks
6 week classes - $60/per session
5 week classes - $50/per session

(Participants registered for one of our classes, may drop into another class for a drop in fee of $10/per class)
$15/drop in fee/non registered participants

Must register for individual classes.  If you miss a class, you can't make it up with another instructor.

We have an amazing line up of local fitness instructors who are ready to work hard to help you achieve all of your individual fitness goals!!

Monday-Tabata Interval Training (Kristi)
Interval Training is a high intensity workout that fitness experts have been raving about.  The workout features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times.  These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. 

Wednesday-Bootcamp (Kristi)
Bootcamp-Our certified instructors will lead you through programming designed to challenge your cardiovascular system, as well as build strength, endurance and balance. The class style will vary widely, but at its core will consist of interval training-bursts of intense activity and alternated with intervals of higher intensity. Expect the unexpected in these classes! This class requires NO prior experience, our instructors will scale movements to each individual. 
Adult Volleyball 18+
Session 2: November 30-February 8 (No 12/28)
8:00-10:00 pm
$70/10 weeks or $10/drop in 

Come to the Club on Thursday nights to play drop in adult volleyball!
