We have an amazing line up of local fitness instructors who are ready to work hard to help you achieve all of your individual fitness goals!!

Monday-Tabata Interval Training (Kristi)
Interval Training is a high intensity workout that fitness experts have been raving about.  The workout features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times.  These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. 

Wednesday-Bootcamp (Kristi)
Bootcamp-Our certified instructors will lead you through programming designed to challenge your cardiovascular system, as well as build strength, endurance and balance. The class style will vary widely, but at its core will consist of interval training-bursts of intense activity and alternated with intervals of higher intensity. Expect the unexpected in these classes! This class requires NO prior experience, our instructors will scale movements to each individual. 

 Insanity (Krysta)
Participants will work out in 3 to 5 minute blocks and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. This technique is called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt. Our certified Insanity Instructor, Krysta, is sure to help you get your sweat ON!!! Program designed for intermediate to advanced level.

Adult Intermediate Description: This class is dedicated to those who have experience playing tennis and want to continue to develop their skills. The focus of the 75 minute long class is to develop game strategy and improve consistency through drills and match-like scenarios.
