We have an amazing line up of local fitness instructors who are ready to work hard to help you achieve all of your individual fitness goals!!

Monday-Tabata Interval Training (Kristi)
Interval Training is a high intensity workout that fitness experts have been raving about.  The workout features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times.  These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. 

Tuesdays-Full Body H.I.T.T.  (Sam)
High Intensity Interval Training has become a popular way to burn more fat, improve endurance, and build strength. Spurts of intense energy followed by less-intense activity is a super-efficient and ideal workout for a busy schedule. Not only do you burn more calories during a HITT workout, but you burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HITT workout. What more can you ask? 

Wednesday-Bootcamp (Kristi)
Bootcamp-Our certified instructors will lead you through programming designed to challenge your cardiovascular system, as well as build strength, endurance and balance. The class style will vary widely, but at its core will consist of interval training-bursts of intense activity and alternated with intervals of higher intensity. Expect the unexpected in these classes! This class requires NO prior experience, our instructors will scale movements to each individual. 

Thursday-Circuit Training (Sam)
Circuit Training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 45 seconds before moving onto another exercise. It's like a game of musical chairs! Increase your strength and aerobic fitness all while burning those calories. This is a class for everyBODY, as each station can be modified for your specific fitness level.

 Insanity (Krysta)
Participants will work out in 3 to 5 minute blocks and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. This technique is called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt. Our certified Insanity Instructor, Krysta, is sure to help you get your sweat ON!!! Program designed for intermediate to advanced level.

Fee: $95/5 weeks

Program Description Adult Intermediate: 
This class is dedicated to those who have experience playing tennis and want to continue to develop their skills. The focus of the hour long class is to develop game strategy and improve consistency through drills and match-like scenarios.  (3 Min/6 Max)

About the Instuctor: Alyssa LaPane is a Special Education Teacher for CASE Collaborative and the Bedford High School Girls varsity coach, in previous years she have coached at Woburn Racquet Club and Vesper Country Club. She has coached people ages 3 to adults and using red, orange and yellow ball to coach younger students. Alyssa has played tennis for 19 years. The past few years, her USTA Mixed and Women's team have made it to the Sectionals and were one match away from making it to Nationals. She currently plays in 4 different leagues: USTA Women's 4.5, USTA Mixed 9.0, Central Mass and Northshore Working Women's. 


Zumba with the Movement Center Staff

Zumba is a high intensity, high impact cardio workout that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. So, ditch the workout and join the party! Please bring clean sneakers. Street shoes are not allowed in the dance studio.

Join us at the Club for Coed Adult Volleyball.  The minimum age to play is 18.  All levels welcome to come and play!   Minimum of 4 is required for the program to run.

TRY TENNIS with Marcus Lewis Tennis Center
The Marcus Lewis Tennis Center has been partnering with the Boys and Girls Club of Assabet Valley for several years. 
We are excited to now offer you our popular 'Try Tennis' !  

We do our best to keep our prices low, but the cost of professional tennis lessons can be costly. 
Our motto is 'Tennis For Everyone' and we truly want to deliver on that promise.

'Try Tennis' is a 3 class mini session that is $10 for beginners who have never had a tennis lesson before.
If you like it --- you can continue for the remaining classes of the session at $25/class. If you don't like it --- no worries!
