Wednesday-Bootcamp (Kristi)
Our certified instructors will lead you through programming designed to challenge your cardiovascular system, as well as build strength, endurance and balance. The class style will vary widely, but at its core will consist of interval training-bursts of intense activity and alternated with intervals of higher intensity. Expect the unexpected in these classes! This class requires NO prior experience, our instructors will scale movements to each individual.
