Below you will find your weekly updates and reminders of current and upcoming programs here at the club. 


Friday March 17th- All Maynard Public Schools Early Release Day


This upcoming Friday is another Early Release Day for MPS. The club, as always, will open up right after dismissal. If you intend on sending your child to the club on this day, please be sure to register them before next Friday! Cost of registration is $7 per child. 

If you wish for your child to have pizza for lunch on Friday March 17th, please make sure they are registered with the $5 Pizza ad on option by 5pm THURSDAY. 

Pizza for Early Release days is always ordered around 5pm the day before. So to ensure your child is accounted for in the pizza total, please be sure to register them on time. 


2023 April Vacation!


The club is aiming to open up again for Maynard Public Schools April Vacation!

In order for the club to open, a minimum of 20 members must be registered for each day being offered!


Registration is currently open on your parent portal account and it will close on Monday April 10th. All information regarding April Vacation is listed below:

April Vacation Full Day Program @ the Club
When: April 18th-21st  8-4pm
Where: BGCAV 
Who: Active Club Members Only 
Price: $45/day per child 


Special Events: 
       Tuesday 4/18: Walking trip to Eriksons Ice Cream!
       Wednesday 4/19: Tie Dye Day! 
       Thursday 4/20: Field trip to Altitude Trampoline Park- Marlborough, MA! (Limited to 48 registrations only)
       Friday 4/21: Movie & Popcorn @ the club with a $5 pizza for lunch option!


*Registrations for the field trip to Altitude Trampoline Park are on a first come first serve basis
*Registrations for these days will close one week before the start of April Vacation (Monday April 10th)
*Minimum of 20 registered members per day is required for the club to open
*No late pick up options will be offered



Lost & Found 


Please be sure to check our lost & found here at the club. We have an abundance of clothing, bags, water bottles & lunch boxes in the front of the club that belong to members. If something belongs to your child please be sure to claim it by the end of the day next Friday, March 17th. 

All items left in the lost & found after 6pm next Friday will be donated!

Spring Soccer Tots- 6 Weeks

When: Saturday Mornings @ 9 am beginning April 8th 
Who: Kiddos ages 2.5-4 years old 
Price: $95 
Where: Crow Park, Maynard MA 

Toddler T-Ball- 6 Weeks
When: Wednesday nights @5pm beginning April 26th 
Who: Kiddos ages 2.5-4 years old 
Price: $95 
Where: Fields behind Green Meadow Elementary School- Maynard MA

Flag Football Group 1:  6 Weeks
When: Saturday mornings @ 10am beginning April 8th 
Who: Kids in grades 1 & 2 
Price: $95 
Where: Crow Park, Maynard MA 

Flag Football Group 2: 6 Weeks 
When: Saturday mornings @ 11am beginning April 8th 
Who: Kids in grades 3 & 4
Price: $95

2023 Summer Camp


Summer Camp registrations are available online now with tons of availability left. 


 All programs being offered this year:

Full Day Camp- 8 Weeks 
When: June 26th- August 18th
Time: 8-4pm
Where: Boys and Girls Club of Assabet Valley
Who: Children in grades 2nd-7th
Price: $200/week per child 

Summer Adventures- 8 Weeks 
When: June 26th- August 18th
Time: 8-4pm
Where: Maynard High School
Who: Children in grades K-1 (must be 5 years old and entering Kindergarten in Fall 2023)
Price: $205/week per child 

Half Day Camp- 6 Weeks 
When: July 10th-August 18th
Time: 9-1pm
Where: Boys and Girls Club of Assabet Valley
Who: Children in grades K-7th (must be 5 years old and entering Kindergarten in Fall 2023)
Price: $100/week per child 

*Late Pick Up Program is available for our Full Day & Summer Adventures Program. Registration cost is $25/week per child. Hours will be 4-5pm with all pick ups at the Boys and Girls Club*New Paragraph
