The Half Day Program will now be fully integrated with our Full Day Summer Programs. Participants will be grouped together based on their age and participate in a variety of activities including outdoor games, arts & crafts activities, team challenges and more! We are also offering extended day options for an additional fee.

- Membership Required: $80.00
Membership - Program Fee: Weekly $125.00
Register Online - Afternoon Extended Day: $20.00 (allows half day participants to stay until 4:00 pm on a one time occasion)

Afternoon Program:
Students that are enrolled in our half day Program can join our Full Day Summer Program until 4:00 pm for $20/per day. Pick up and drop off is @ BGCAV.
Tie Dye Days:
$10.00 per child. Please be sure to include your child's shirt size when registering.

Policies and Procedures Agreement Form *NEW*
Parents/guardians must submit a completed BGCAV Policies and Procedures Agreement form
in order for their child to participate in our 2024 Summer Programs.
Accommodations
Please notify staff in advance if your child has an IEP, 504, behavior plan, or any additional accommodations that your child may require. In order to support your child appropriately, we require that any and all accommodations be communicated with Club Directors before the start of the program. Children must bring a bagged peanut-free snack, lunch and a water bottle each day they attend.
What to Bring

- Hat/Sunglasses (optional)
Your child’s snack will NOT be refrigerated or microwaved so please pack accordingly.
ALL personal items MUST be labeled with a black permanent marker. ALL personal items must come in a sturdy bag (ex. backpack or a beach bag) NO shopping bags!
Club members will be participating in water activities daily, your child should come wearing a bathing suit. Please bring a towel and change of clothes daily throughout the week.
The Boys and Girls Club of Assabet Valley does not administer or provide any type of medication.
Please do NOT send your child with any personal belongings (ex. Stuffed animals, blankets, tablets, game systems)
The Boys and Girls Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
