The Boys and Girls Club of Assabet Valley has various spaces available for rent throughout the year.

during regular club operations
9 AM - 1 PM
6 PM – 10 PM - Summer session Monday-Friday
5:00pm – 10:00 PM - Weekend rentals
9AM – 10 PM - Holiday Rentals

To request space, fill out the Club Rental Form and submit it to Nikki Tyler at tyler@bgcav.org. We will check the availability of the space that is requested and will respond to the request with options and pricing in a timely manner.

Birthday's at The Club!
BGCAV is thrilled to announce our birthday party options are back and better than ever! Parties are available on the weekends between 10:00 am and 5:00pm.

2 Hour Party Time / $200List Item 1
(30 MINUTES SET UP AND 30 MINUTES CLEAN UP)
- Staff on site to assist with opening the building, answering day of questions, and providing cleaning supplies.
- Staff do not run activities or super-vise the party participants.
- Parents will be required to bring all party supplies, food, drinks and fa-vors.
- Tables and chairs will be available.

2 Hour Party Time with Staff / $250List Item 2
(30 MINUTES SET UP AND 30 MINUTES CLEAN UP)
- Staff on site to assist with opening the building, answering day of questions, and providing cleaning supplies.
- Staff will also be there to help run gym games, game room tournaments and arts and crafts. Please note you must provide the arts and craft project supplies.
- Parents will be required to bring all supplies, food, drinks and favors.
- Tables and chairs will be available.

3 Hour Party Time with Staff + Pizza / $375List Item 3
(30 MINUTES SET UP AND 30 MINUTES CLEAN UP)
- Staff on site to assist with opening the building, answer-ing day of questions, and providing cleaning supplies.
- Staff will also be there to help run gym games, game room tourna-ments and arts and crafts.
- BGCAV will provide pizza, water, juice, assorted chips, tables, chairs and all party utensils (up to 15 people)
- All you need to bring is cake and favors!
