Registration & Payment Information
Ways to Register
Drop off or mail completed registration or membership form with payment to the Boys & Girls Club of Assabet Valley, 212 Great Road, Maynard MA 01754. If we are not in the office or it is after business hours, simply put the application in our drop box located at the front entrance of the building.
