The Boys & Girls Club is  NOW offering Affordable, Adult Programs. All fitness instructors are AFAA certified.

Co-ed Adult Indoor Soccer
Mondays
New Session: January 9th-March 26th
No program on January 16th & February 20th
Fowler Middle School, Maynard
 
7:00pm-9:00pm
Cost: $65
If you were registered for session one, receive $10 off the fee!
 
Dust off your indoors, and come join a seasoned group of players for 5 vs 5, no goalies/small net soccer. Please have prior soccer experience to join.

Pick-Up Adult Volleyball
Thursdays
January 5th - February 23rd

Cost: $55
Bump, set, and spike with other volleyball enthusiasts in our pick up league on Thursday nights at 8:00pm. This league will give beginners a chance to learn the fundamentals and will give experienced players an opportunity to refine their skills.

Get in Shape for the New Year!
All Classes begin January 3rd
 
TUESDAYS
9:30am Pilate's floor core and more
For pilates you need a mat and a big stability ball (have some if you don't)

This class is a non-cardio class that consists of abdominal, arm and leg, back work. This will lengthen your body while losing inches. Ending in a great stretch of every body part. This is a great way to start your morning.

Bring sticky mat and big stability ball.

7pm TABTA

This class has gotten very popular at the BAGAV! This is a great class for all levels. Tabata is a 20 second intense cardio then a 10 second rest. You do this 8xs. That's one Tabata…then repeat! You could do from 8 to 10 whole Tabatas per class!! This is a fast passed fun class with a lot of laughs!! Water, towel and mat needed!

 
THURSDAYS
9:30am Cardio Kickbox (gloves optional)

This class is an aerobic cardio class with a kick. You're jabbing and kicking to music while getting a great all around work out. This is not a Kick box class. So gloves are not required, but would not hurt to get a pair!

Bring a mat and water and towel.

7pm ABS, HIT and KICK and more ABS

This class is high intensity boxing and MMA moves, with ab work thrown in throughout the whole class!!! You want a workout this is it!!!!

SATURDAYS
6:45am Work (aka bootcamp)

Work consists of well WORK. At 6:45 am you start at the track, (as long as the snow is away), with a mile and half run, you come in the gym and start you r work. It could be 20, 30 40, 50 reps of a work station, pick 2 then you're outside again with a run.. Come and try out the challenging class made just for MUD RUNS!!! Towel, water, mma gloves needed

All classes are 10 for $80 bundle or 8 for $64 bundle

First class is free for new clients only

And bundles can be used for any class

All bundles expire 30 days of purchase
